Spanish stock market falls 0.64 pct, closes at 9,378 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.64 percent on Friday to close at 9,378.10 points, down from the 9,438.40 points of Thursday.

Share values were down 0.89 percent in the week as a whole with the Spanish risk premium going from the 130 points of Monday to the 133 points of Friday closing time and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate falling from 1.72 percent to 1.66 percent in five days.

On Friday session, Caixabank shares led falls losing 1.71 percent, followed by Banco Santander, Banco Popular, BBVA, Telefonica and Bankia that lost 1.68 percent, 1.39 percent, 1.32 percent, 1.21 percent and 1.15 percent respectively.

On the other hand, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 8.94 percent, followed by Acerinox, Tecnicas Reunidas, Grifols, ACS and Enagas that rose 1.34 percent, 0.94 percent, 0.75 percent, 0.51 percent and 0.50 percent respectively. Endit
