Indian markets opened flat on a cautious note Wednesday ahead of outcome of two-day monetary policy committee meeting due later in the day.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 28,355.91, 20.75 points or 0.05 percent up compared to its previous close at 28,335.16. Endit
