Spanish stocks fall Tuesday

Spanish shares lost on Tuesday, with the benchmark index Ibex-35 down 0.28 percent to close at 9,331.50 points.

Shares of Bankinter led the fall by losing 2.19 percent, followed by Banco Santander and Caixabank, which dropped by 1.99 percent and 1.85 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 141 points, up from the 130 points of Monday. Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.77 percent, up from the 1.72 percent at Monday's closing. Endit
