British FTSE 100 decreased 0.22 pct on Monday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Monday decreased by 0.22 percent, or 16.15 points, to 7,172.15 points.

Share price of Randgold Resources increased by 4.15 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Mediclinic International, Rolls-Royce Holdings, Fresnillo and Ashtead Group increased by 1.97 percent, 1.42 percent, 1.29 percent and 1.17 percent respectively.

Tesco led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.15 percent, following by International Consolidated Airlines Group (2.15 percent), Royal Bank of Scotland Group (2.01 percent), J Sainsbury (1.81 percent) and Persimmon (1.67 percent). Endit
