French stock market drops 0.75 pct

French stock market index, the CAC 40, dropped 0.75 percent and closed at 4,748.90 points on Tuesday.

The CAC 40 of Paris lost 35.74 points, with only four of the 40 selected companies experiencing an increase.

The greatest gainer was LVMH Moet Vuitton, up 1.22 percent.

The three companies of which the stock prices dropped most were TechnipFMC, down 3.19 percent, Societe Generale, down 3.03 percent, and Publicis GRP, down 1.94 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 dropped by 1.14 percent. Endit
