French shares lose Monday

French shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark Paris CAC40 down 1.14 percent, or 55.34 points, to close at 4,784.64 points.

Major French Drugmaker Sanofi gained 0.40 percent, becoming the only one of the 40 selected companies to rise in the day.

The top losers were Technipfmc, down 5.7 percent, Nokia, down 2.71 percent, and Cie de Saint Gobain, down 2.17 percent. Endit
