-- Ethiopian President Dr. Mulatu Teshome congratulated the Chinese people on their New Year, or Spring Festival, which falls on Saturday, January 28. (Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation/EBC)

--The Council of Ministers has referred the Draft Proclamation Providing for the Establishment of the Revolving Youth Fund to the House of People's Representatives (HPR).
