British police arrest man over threats against Brexit case key figure

British police confirmed on Wednesday that they had arrested a man over alleged threats made against Gina Miller, who filed lawsuit against the British government over Brexit.

Police said they had put the 50-year-old man in custody on the charge of suspected "racially aggravated malicious communications."

The capture came one day after the British Supreme Court ruled against the government on whether it needs parliamentary approval before officially starting Brexit.

Miller, a female partner in an investment management firm, was the lead claimant in the legal challenge. Endit
