Spanish stock market rises 0.89 pct, closes at 9,387 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.89 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,387.20 points, up from the 9,304.80 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, BBVA shares led rises climbing 2.97 percent, followed by Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander, Acerinox, Bankia and Mapfre that rose 2.39 percent, 2.24 percent, 1.98 percent, 1.89 percent and 1.80 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Cellnex shares led falls losing 0.96 percent, followed by Enagas, IAG, Amadeus, Abertis A and R.E.C. that lost 0.88 percent, 0.61 percent, 0.46 percent, 0.44 percent and 0.30 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 107 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.45 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Monday closing time. Endit
