Spanish stock market falls 0.08 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.08 percent on Thursday to close at 9,379.10 points, down from the 9,386.20 points of Wednesday.

On Thursday session, Mapfre shares led falls losing 2.07 percent, followed by Enagas, ArcelorMittal, Merlin, Ferrovial and Gamesa that lost 1.75 percent, 1.63 percent, 1.52 percent, 1.48 percent and 1.47 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Grifols shares led rises climbing 3.83 percent, followed by Melia Hotels, Banco Sabadell, Banco Popular, Caixabank and DIA that rose 3.69 percent, 2.43 percent, 2.36 percent, 2.19 percent and 1.70 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 111 points, four points up on Wednesday closing time, and Spain's ten-year bond interest rate closed at 1.5 percent. Endit
