The following are news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Monday.

-- Electoral commission launched mass voter registration campaign Sunday, the last before the August elections, and warned that those who would not have registered by Feb. 14, would have no other opportunity to do so.

President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition leader Raila Odinga are expected to rally their supporters to turn out in large numbers and be among the 9.1 million targeted in the exercise in readiness for the elections. (Daily Nation)
