The following are news highlights in major Kenyan media outlets on Sunday:

-- Sunday marks the first anniversary of the El Adde attack in Somalia where the Al-Shabaab militants attacked a Kenya Defence Forces camp and killed an undisclosed number of soldiers.

Questions still linger about what happened during the attack as the military said it was still investigating the event. A good number of families also do not know the fate of their loved ones to date. (Sunday Nation)
