Paris CAC 40 index gains 0.19 pct on Friday

French stock market index, the CAC 40, gained 0.19 percent and closed at 4,909.84 points on Friday.

The CAC 40 of Paris closed up on Friday, up 9.20 points, with 25 of the 40 selected companies experiencing increase.

The top three gainers were NOKIA, 2.75 percent, KERING, up 1.60 percent, and LVMH, up 1.30 percent.

The three companies of which the stock prices dropped the most were SONOFI, down 2.02 percent, ARCELOMITTAL, down 1.09 percent, and VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT, down 1.01 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 gained 0.03 percent and closed at 4,900.64 points on Thursday. Endit
