Paris CAC 40 index gains 0.03 pct

French stock market index, the CAC 40, gained 0.03 percent and closed at 4,900.64 points on Thursday.

The CAC 40 of Paris closed stable on Thursday, up 1.24 points, with 22 of the 40 selected companies experiencing increase.

The top three gainers were Arcelormittal, 3.20 percent, Airbus Group, up 1.89 percent, and Accor, up 1.54 percent.

The three companies of which the stock prices dropped the most were Societe General, down 2.35 percent, Veolia Environnement, down 1.89 percent, and Safran, down 1.09 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40, kept stable and closed at 4,899.40 points on Wednesday. Endit
