U.S. stocks extend gains amid Fed minutes

U.S. stocks rallied Wednesday, as Wall Street digested minutes from the Federal Reserve's December meeting released in the afternoon.

The Dow rose 0.30 percent, and the S&P 500 added 0.57 percent, while the Nasdaq was up 0.88 percent. Enditem
