Hong Kong stocks close 0.17 pct higher

Hong Kong stocks rose 36.17 points, or 0.17 percent to 21,790.91 points on Thursday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 21,587.07 and 21,810.40. Turnover totaled 52.52 billion HK dollars (about 6.77 billion U.S. dollars). Endit
