Dollar changes hands in mid-117 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-117 yen zone early Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 117.49-50 yen compared with 117.38-48 yen in New York and 117.31-33 yen in Tokyo at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.0460-0461 dollars and 122.90-91 yen against 1.0453-0463 dollars and 122.75-85 yen in New York and 1.0442-0444 dollars and 122.50-54 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endit
