Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh paid an official visit to Laos from Saturday to Monday to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation, said a press release by the Lao Foreign Ministry on Tuesday.

During a meeting held between Minh and Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith here on Monday, both sides reviewed the cooperation between the two countries as well as between the two ministries over the past years.
