British FTSE 100 decreases 0.04 pct

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Wednesday decreased by 0.04 percent, or 2.54 points, to 7,041.42 points.

Share price of Ashtead Group increased by 1.35 percent, topping the gainers of the blue chips. Rolls-Royce Holdings, Coca-Cola HBC, Antofagasta and Experian increased by 1.33 percent, 1.26 percent, 1.12 percent and 1.06 percent respectively.

Hargreaves Lansdown led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.98 percent, following by Hikma Pharmaceuticals (1.37 percent), Merlin Entertainments (1.24 percent), TUI (1.24 percent) and 3i Group (1.23 percent). Endit
