One-China principle gains more support from int'l community: spokesperson

The Chinese mainland's stance on adhering to the one-China principle and opposing "Taiwan independence" is unswerving, and it will gain more recognition and support from the international community, a spokesperson said Wednesday.

An Fengshan, spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, made the remarks when asked to comment on an announcement by the government of Sao Tome and Principe to break the so-called "diplomatic ties" with Taiwan. Endi
