Urgent: U.N. Security Council to vote draft resolution on Aleppo evacuation Monday

The United Nations Security Council will vote on Monday a draft resolution on U.N. monitoring of Aleppo evacuation after it agrees the draft text, diplomatic sources said Sunday.
