Cambodian PM to pay official visit to Vietnam next week

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen will pay a 2-day official visit to Vietnam on Dec. 20 and 21, said a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday.

The upcoming visit is made at the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, the statement said.

During the stay, the two prime ministers will hold bilateral talks and witness the signing ceremony of a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding (MoUs), it said, without giving the details.

Besides, Hun Sen will pay separate courtesy calls on Nguyen Phu Trong, Secretary General of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang, and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. Enditem
