Urgent: Ghana President Mahama concedes defeat in Wednesday's presidential polls

President John Dramani Mahama conceded defeat here on Friday following his failed re-election bid in Wednesday's Presidential elections.

The president called winner, Nana Akufo-Addo late Friday and congratulated him on his victory at the polls.

Results, however, are yet to be announced by the Electoral Commission (EC) which is still collating final results at the National Collation Center. Endit
