Estonian PM to make first foreign visit to Finland: official

Estonian Prime Minister Juri Ratas was scheduled to go on his first foreign visit to Finland on Wednesday, the Estonian government said Tuesday.

Ratas will meet his Finnish counterpart Juha Sipila to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries, in particular in the fields of energy, transport, information and communication technology and economy, said the statement.

Security-related issues, the topic of the European Council meeting taking place next week and the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2017, are also on the agenda, it added. Endit
