Paris CAC 40 index down 0.70 pct on Friday

French stock market index, the CAC 40, lost 0.70 percent and closed at 4,528.82 points on Friday, down 31.79 points.

The CAC 40 of Paris closed lower on Friday with 32 of the 40 selected companies experiencing decrease.

The top three gainers on Friday were KLEPIERRE, up 1.65 percent, UNIBAIL-RODAMCO, up 1.10 percent, and TECHNIP, up 1.00 percent.

The three companies whose stock dropped most were BNP PARIBAS, down 2.34 percent, VIVENDI, down 2.06 percent, and BOUYGUES, down 1.94 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 lost by 0.39 percent to close at 4,560.61 points on Thursday, down 17.73 points. Endit
