Paris CAC 40 index downs 0.39 pct

French stock market index, the CAC 40, down 0.39 percent and closed at 4,560.61 points on Thursday.

The top three gainers were BNP Paribas, up 2.04 percent, ArcelorMittal, up 1.88 percent, and Renault, up 1.71 percent.

The three companies of which stock prices dropped most were Veolia Environment, down 3.50 percent, Carrefour, down 2.53 percent, and Pernod-Ricard, down 2.46 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 gained by 0.59 percent to close at 4,578.34 points on Wednesday, up 26.88 points. Endit
