The following are highlights of leading Nigerian media outlets on Monday.

-- President Muhammadu Buhari is yet to submit details of the proposed 29.9 billion U.S. dollars foreign loan to the National Assembly.

Buhari had in October sought for the lawmakers' approval to secure the loan from foreign financial institutions to address infrastructural deficit in the country. The Senate had on November 1 rejected the loan request over lack of details. (Daily Trust)

-- Against the challenges in moving crude oil from South-South Nigeria to Kaduna Refinery and Petrochemical Company (KRPC), the Presidency has turned to Niger Republic for supply of the commodities to bring KRPC into full operation.

Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Maikanti Baru last weekend disclosed ongoing plans by the Federal Government to construct about 1,000 kilometer crude oil pipelines from Niger Republic to Kaduna Refinery. (Vanguard) Endit
