You Quan re-elected Party chief of E China's Fujian Province

You Quan was re-elected secretary of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Sunday.

He was re-elected to the post at the first plenary meeting of the tenth CPC Fujian Provincial Committee.

Born in 1954, You is a native of Lulong, north China's Hebei Province, and he joined the CPC in 1973.
