Chinese shares open mixed Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.01 percent, at 3,247.94 points.

The smaller Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.23 percent higher at 11,011 points. The ChiNext Index, China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.2 percent to open at 2,182.1 points. Endi
