Xinhua, November 22, 2016 Adjust font size:

Two masked men attacked two Qatari women in a car in Paris on Monday night, taking five million euros (5.31 million U.S. dollars) in jewellery and luxury goods, according to a local report.

The robbers forced the two victims and their driver to park at a service station. They sprayed them with tear gas before stealing their belongings, La Chaine Info news channel reported Tuesday.

The two women were in a Bentley and were assaulted while leaving Le Bourget airport in north Paris along the major A1 highway, the report added.

An investigation is underway to determine the identity of the robbers who are still at large. Endit
