Urgent: Xi advises against closed, exclusive trade arrangements

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday advised against closed and exclusive regional trade arrangements, saying that those are not correct choices.

Any regional trade arrangement must be open, inclusive and benefiting all sides if it is meant to gain popular support, Xi said while delivering a keynote speech at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit in Lima, Peru's capital. Endi
