1st LD: One civilian killed, 3 injured as blast rocks Kabul

At least one person was killed and three others sustained injuries in a blast that rocked Kabul on Wednesday morning rush hour, a police official said on the condition of anonymity.

According to the official the blast happened in Pul-e-Mahmoud Khan locality, a neighborhood next to Defense Ministry and few more sensitive areas.

All the victims, all civilians, the official asserted. Endit
