Chinese shares open mixed Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.06 percent to open at 3,146.08 points.

The smaller Shenzhen Component index opened 0.05 percent higher at 10,768.86 points. The ChiNext Index, China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.01 percent to open at 2,150.62 points. Endi
