The defence or deputy defence ministers from Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia, through the informal platform the Central European Defence Cooperation (CEDC), had a meeting with BiH Defence Minister Marina Pendes here on Tuesday.

At the meeting, defence officials from the Central and Eastern European countries emphasized there is a strong commitment to supporting BiH on its European and Euro-Atlantic path.

Austrian Defence Minister Hans Peter Doskozil recalled that the meeting in the capital of BiH was preceded by a meeting of defence ministers from CEDC in Austria on Monday, at which they discussed various aspects of the migration crisis and modalities of response to this challenge in the Western Balkans region.
