4.3-magnitude earthquake hits BiH

An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale hit Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) at 10:48 a.m. local time on Monday, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center.

The earthquake epicenter was 12 km northwest of Nevesinje. Nevesinje is some 60 km (by air) southwest of Sarajevo, the capital of BiH.

It remained unknown whether the quake caused material damage. Endit
