China mulls revising law on small, medium-sized enterprises

China's top legislature is considering amending the nation's law on boosting small and medium-sized businesses for the first time since it was adopted in 2003, according to a statement on Monday.

The revised draft was submitted to legislators for first reading at the bimonthly session of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, which runs from Monday to Nov. 7. Endi
