Bahrain issues arrest warrants for fugitives in Saudi anti-terror operation

Bahraini security authorities said on Sunday that they have issued arrest warrants for fugitives in a Saudi operation that busted two terror cells inside Saudi Arabia.

"Immediately after the names of the fugitives were released by the Saudi authorities, arrest warrants were issued for them at Bahrain's ports," Bahraini Interior Ministry said in a statement.

A Bahraini national and eight Saudis were among the suspects at large, according to a Sunday statement from the Saudi Interior Ministry.

The statement said two terrorist cells, including an Islamic State sleeper cell, were dismantled. Endit
