Hong Kong stocks close 1.02 pct lower

Hong Kong stocks closed down 239 points, or 1.02 percent, to 23,325.43 points on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 23,310.23 and 23,464.03. Turnover totaled 52.11 billion HK dollars (about 6.72 billion U.S. dollars). Endit
