Spanish stock market rises 0.43 pct, closes at 9,100 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.43 percent on Friday to close at 9,100.40 points, up from the 9,061.20 points of Thursday.

Share values were up 3.79 percent in the week as a whole with the Spanish risk premium rising from the 106.7 points of Monday to the 111.40 points of Friday and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closing at 1.1 percent, showing no big differences when compared with the beginning of the week.

On Friday session, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 4.65 percent, followed by Banco Sabadell, Bankia, Ferrovial, Banco Popular and Acerinox that rose 2.59 percent, 2.50 percent, 2.10 percent, 1.96 percent and 1.93 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Amadeus shares led falls losing 1.14 percent, followed by Enagas, Mapfre, Grifols, BBVA and Bankinter that lost 0.71 percent, 0.57 percent, 0.56 percent, 0.53 percent and 0.47 percent respectively. Endit
