British FTSE 100 decreases 0.47 pct on Thursday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Thursday decreased by 0.47 percent, or 33.29 points, to 6,999.96 points.

Share price of Croda International increased by 1.49 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. TUI, Carnival, Barclays and Shire increased by 1.35 percent, 1.22 percent, 1.04 percent and 0.95 percent respectively.

EasyJet led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 6.93 percent, following by International Consolidated Airlines Group (3.91 percent), Fresnillo (3.64 percent), Capita (3.51 percent) and Smith & Nephew (3.40 percent). Endit
