U.S. dollar rises against most major currencies

The U.S. dollar climbed against most major currencies on Monday as manufacturing data from the country came out better than expected.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.1217 dollars from 1.1230 dollars, while the dollar bought 101.57 Japanese yen, higher than 101.40 yen in the previous session. Endit
