The Buk missile that downed flight MH17 was brought from Russia and fired from a region in eastern Ukraine controlled by pro-Russian rebels, according to the Joint Investigation Team's (JIT) report released Wednesday by the Netherlands Public Prosecutor's Office.

The report concluded the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 was shot down by a Buk missile which was brought from Russia to Ukraine. (MH17-Investigation-Russia)

AMMAN -- King Abdullah II of Jordan on Wednesday approved a reshuffle in the cabinet of Prime Minister Hani Mulki, state-run Petra news agency reported.

PARIS -- Visiting top Chinese legislator Zhang Dejiang and French leaders have voiced their willingness to strengthen ties in a number of areas with China.

LOS ANGELES -- An unarmed black man was shot dead Tuesday by police in El Cajon, a town about 50 km east of downtown San Diego, prompting protesters to gather at the scene.

Local police told a press conference on night that they were called to a parking lot at a shopping mall about 01:00 pm (2000 GMT) and found the black man was acting erratically. He failed to comply with police instructions to remove his concealed hand from his pocket, police said. (US-California-Shooting) Endt
