British FTSE 100 decreases 0.15 pct

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Tuesday dereased by 0.15 percent, or 10.37 points, to 6,807.67 points.

Share price of Carnival increased by 4.81 percent, topping the gainers of the blue chips. Pearson, Sky, Barratt Developments and Ashtead Group increased by 3.31 percent, 1.56 percent, 1.53 percent and 1.50 percent respectively.

Standard Chartered led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.49 percent, following by Royal Dutch Shell B (2.21 percent), Royal Dutch Shell A (2.09 percent), Capita (1.96 percent) and Randgold Resources (1.77 percent). Enditem
