Dollar changes hands in upper 100 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 100 yen zone early Monday morning.

At 9:00 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 100.92-93 yen compared with 100.95-101.05 yen in New York and 100.99-101.01 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Friday.

The euro fetched 1.1237-1,238 dollars and 113.40-41 yen against 1.1219-1229 dollars and 113.36-46 yen in New York and 1.1201-1203 dollars and 113.12-16 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon. Endit
