Confucius Classroom opens at Latvia's Rezekne Academy of Technologies

Confucius Classroom at Rezekne Academy of Technologies was formally opened on Thursday in Rezekne, Latvia with a ceremony.

Ambassador of China to Latvia Huang Yong unveiled the plate of Confucius Classroom with the rector of Rezekne Academy of Technologies.

During the meeting between Huang and academy officials, both sides expressed hope that the Confucius Classroom would become a platform for local people to study Chinese and learn about Chinese culture, thus contributing to mutual understanding and friendship between both countries' people. Endit
