China's Li wins women's 400m T47 gold in Rio

China's Li Lu recorded a personal best 58.09 seconds to win the women's 400m T47 final at the Rio Paralympics on Wednesday.

The 21-year-old beat South Africa's Anrune Liebenberg by 0.79 sec at the Olympic Stadium. Japan's Sae Tsuji claimed bronze in 1 minute 0.62sec.

Li lost her left arm in 1999 after she accidentally touched an electrical transformer. Endit
