Vietnamese to compete at world' s biggest amateur golf tournament

Five Vietnamese golfers will compete at the 22nd World Amateur Golfers Championship (WAGC) slated for Oct. 22-29 in South Africa, WAGC representative in Vietnam said Monday.

The local golfers, including Tran The Cuong, Do Dinh Toan, Nguyen Truong Giang, Ho Tran Tuan and Huynh Ngoc Thanh Binh, will compete with other amateur players from over 40 countries in the world.

Vietnam ranked the third in the 21st WAGC in Turkey in 2015. Endit
