Xinhua, September 9, 2016 Adjust font size:

A training plane crashed in Alborz Province near Iran's capital Tehran on Friday, but nobody was hurt, official IRNA news agency reported.

The pilot and co-pilot managed to eject by parachute when they found a technical problem with the plane, Mehdi Mehrvar, head of Crisis Management of Alborz Province, told IRNA.

The plane crashed in Nazarabad County of Alborz.

A similar accident occurred in Nazarabad in July, in which both the pilot and co-pilot were killed. Endit
