Russian security council secretary to visit China

Secretary of Russia's Security Council Nikolai Patrushev will visit China from Sept. 12 to 14, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced Monday.

He will attend the third meeting on China-Russia law-enforcement and security cooperation, as well as the 12th round of bilateral strategic and security consultations.

His visit is at the invitation of Meng Jianzhu, head of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, and Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi, spokesperson Hua Chunying said at a daily press briefing. Endit
