U.S. dollar climbs against most major currencies

The U.S. dollar rose against most major currencies on Wednesday as investors were digesting the newly-released Federal Reserve Beige Book.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.1239 dollars from 1.1261 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 101.77 Japanese yen, lower than 101.96 yen in the previous session. Enditem
